Our Refund Payment Policy

1. NON-REFUNDABLES:

  1. Registration Fees are non-refundable.
  2. Admission Levy is non-refundable.
  3. Examinations Fees are non-refundable after the Student has been registered for the exam.
  4. No refunds beyond 2 months of the child attending lessons in a School Term.

2. REFUNDABLES:

  1. Tuition Fees are refundable when the Student did not attend classes during the particular School Term, provided the space was not blocked for only that child.
  2. Total amount less 5% administrative charges if request is made within a week of the child attending lessons.
  3. Total amount less 10% administrative charges if request is made within 4 weeks of the child attending lessons.
  4. Total amount less 15% administrative charges if request is made within 6 weeks of the child attending lessons.
  5. Total amount less 20% administrative charges if request is made within 8 weeks of the child attending lessons.
  6. Excursion Trip Fees are refundable less expenses and any non-refundable amount paid to a third party, when a trip is cancelled.
  7. Examination Fees are refundable before a Student is registered for the exam.
  8. Refund payments are to be requested by the person or the institution that made the payment to the school’s Bank Account.
  9. The amount for refund payment is to be paid only to the person or the institution that made the payment to the school’s Bank Account.
